Plugin & Services Terms of Use
Blue Raven Plugin Terms
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms governing your use of Enterrahost Limited’s WordPress plugins, tools, and associated value-added services, including but not limited to EnterraMon and other server-side features (“Plugins and Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Enterrahost Limited (“Enterrahost”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Unless otherwise stated, the downloadable and locally installed components of our plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2.0 (“GPLv2”), which grants you the freedom to use, modify, and distribute the software, subject to the terms of that license.
However, certain advanced features and functionality — including subscription-based services, server-side APIs, dashboards, and any data or content delivered from our infrastructure — are proprietary to Enterrahost Limited and are only accessible with a valid, active license key. These services are not covered under GPLv2 and are governed exclusively by this Agreement and your subscription terms.
By installing or using our Plugins or accessing any related proprietary Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, or if you are not properly licensed, you must not use the proprietary Services.
You acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Enterrahost Limited, even though it is electronic and not physically signed.
