What Are Feathers?

Feathers are the core currency for generative content across Enterrahost plugins, including WooCommerce Product Creator, Article Assistant, SEO tools, and future image optimization features. Each subscription comes with a monthly preallocation of feathers, which are used whenever you generate content. Since feathers work across multiple plugins, you have the flexibility to decide where and how to use them.

If you run out of feathers before your monthly cycle renews, you can either wait for automatic replenishment or purchase additional feathers in packs starting from 500 feathers. This system ensures you stay in control of your spending and resource allocation, using feathers only when and where you need them.

Can I Buy More Feathers?

If you run out of feathers and need more, simply log in to the portal, go to the Features tab, and select the feather pack that best fits your needs and budget. After checkout, your new feathers will be active within minutes, allowing you to continue generating content without interruption.

What Happens If I Cancel My Subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, your service will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. You won’t lose any previously created content, and you’ll still have access to core plugin features like Search-Ability, Analytics tags, and more. However, you will no longer be able to use generative features or any tools that require feathers. Additionally, Premium Support will no longer be available.

If you choose to resubscribe later, you can regain access to all premium features and feather-based tools at any time.

How Do I Upgrade or Downgrade My Subscription

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time, depending on your current license. To make changes, simply log in to our portal, navigate to the Subscription Management section, and select the plan that best suits your needs.

Can I Get a Refund?

Yes! If you’re not satisfied with the product and our support team is unable to resolve your issue, we’ll refund your current month’s subscription. For full details on eligibility and the refund process, please refer to our Refund Policy.

What Payment Options Are Available?

We offer PayPal and 2Checkout (now known as Verifone) as our payment processors to provide a smooth and secure checkout experience for our global customers.

  • PayPal: Trusted worldwide, PayPal allows you to make payments using your PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, or credit/debit cards. It’s a fast, secure, and widely accepted payment option that supports multiple currencies, making it ideal for international transactions.

Can I Use Your Plugins on Multiple Sites?

Yes, we offer 3 license versions to suit different needs:

  • Single Site License: Allows you to use the plugin on just one site.
  • 5 Site License: Enables you to use the plugin on up to 5 sites.
  • 15 Site License: Lets you use the plugin on up to 15 sites.

If you need to reallocate your license to another site, you can easily do so via the portal.

Can I Roll Over Unused Feathers To The Next Month

Your monthly allocated feathers from your subscription do not carry over to the next month. However, any “Top Up” feathers you purchase separately will carry over as long as you have an active subscription.

If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer receive the monthly feather allocation, but any remaining Top Up feathers will still be usable for 90 days after cancellation.

How Do I Contact Support If I Have an Issue?

If you are a subscriber, you have access to premium support. If you can’t find the answer on our support pages, log in to the portal and submit a support ticket.

If you are not a subscriber, please check our support pages first. If your issue is still unresolved, you can submit a request via the support page, and we will assist as soon as possible

How Do I Reallocate My License to a Different Site

To reallocate your license to a different site, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the portal and navigate to the License Management section.
  2. Deregister the current site from your license.
  3. On your new WordPress site, go to the relevant plugin settings.
  4. Enter your license key to activate it on the new domain.

Each license can only be reallocated up to 3 times per year to prevent misuse. If you need additional reallocations, please contact support.

Why Isn’t the Plugin Generating Content?

If you are unable to generate content, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. You may have run out of feathers.
    • Check your feather balance in the plugin dashboard on your WordPress site.
    • Alternatively, log in to the portal to view your feather status.
  2. There may be a temporary issue on our side.
    • Check our Status Page for any ongoing system updates or outages.

What Should I Do If I Encounter a Plugin Conflict?

Since our plugins offer multiple features, there is a possibility of conflicts with other plugins that provide similar functionality. We actively scan for potential conflicts and will notify you if one is detected.

If you experience an issue:

  1. Check for conflict warnings in the plugin settings.
  2. Disable the conflicting plugin if possible.
  3. If you need both plugins, disable the specific feature in our plugin that overlaps with the other.

Can I Request New Features or Improvements?

Since our plugins offer multiple features, there is a possibility of conflicts with other plugins that provide Yes! We welcome feature requests and suggestions. If you have an idea for an improvement or a new feature, please submit it on our Feature Request Page.

We prioritize requests based on demand if multiple users request the same feature, we’ll strongly consider adding it. In some cases, we may even develop a new plugin based on user feedback!
