Mailboxes can also be bought with shared calendars and contacts, booking links, threaded team chat, real-time document editing, and desktop and mobile sync, so a team can edit the same document at once rather than emailing versions around.

Yes. Every mailbox is bought on its own, so a five-person team can be any combination across the range. Size and features are separate choices as well, so one mailbox can have the collaboration tools without much storage, and another plenty of storage without them. You are not buying a bundle sized for a team that is not yours.

Each mailbox comes as 10 GB or 50 GB, and any mailbox can grow in 10 GB blocks up to 200 GB, billed per block monthly. You add space where it is actually needed rather than moving everyone up a tier. Mailbox size and mail archiving are separate things: the size is the live mailbox, while archiving is a longer retention of mail that has already been delivered.

It filters mail before it reaches your server. The filtering engine is SpamExperts, and we provision it on your domain and support it for you, so you deal with us and we deal with the platform. It is sold as three separate filters, inbound, outbound and archiving, so you buy only the ones you need.

Yes. Mail Protection is a gateway: it filters mail and passes it on to a mail server you already run, and it does not provide mailboxes. If you do not run your own mail server, business email is the better fit, because filtering is already part of every mailbox.

It checks uptime every five minutes from five regions, flags broken pages, HTTP errors and expiring SSL certificates or domains, and alerts you by email and SMS. A daily report scores performance, SEO, security and accessibility, downloadable as a PDF. EnterraSEO answers a different question: whether you are being found. It runs a weekly site scan and a monthly SEO analysis covering Core Web Vitals, crawlability, on-page issues, keyword rankings and backlinks, then reports on a schedule. EnterraMon is about the site you have; EnterraSEO is about the visitors you are not getting yet.
