About EnterraHost

Domains, business email and mail protection, plus the monitoring and SEO products that watch what you have already put online. We also publish the tools we test with, free and without an account.

What we do

The unglamorous half of a website.

Register a domain, point it somewhere, put a mailbox on it and keep the junk out of that mailbox. That is most of what a business actually needs, and it is most of what we sell.

The rest is keeping an eye on it. EnterraMon watches whether a site is up, fast and secure, EnterraSEO watches whether it is being found, and EnterraEdit is the editor we built for the pages themselves. Everything is managed from one client area, where the services, the invoices and the past tickets sit together.

EnterraHost has been running since 2024. That is not a long time, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

Where we run

Five regions, and they are ours.

Cape Town, Frankfurt, St Louis, Singapore and Sydney. The same regions answer the free checks on this site, which is the point. When a tool measures a route from Sydney, that number describes the network a site would really use rather than a rented probe somewhere convenient.

Cape Town

South Africa, and where this started.

Frankfurt

Germany, for Europe and the Middle East.

St Louis

The United States, roughly central.

Singapore

South East Asia and the Pacific rim.

Sydney

Australia and New Zealand.

Status

What is up and what is not, on the status page.

The wider family

Two sibling sites, and only one of them is finished.

Enterramon.com is the audit side of the business. Run a free check and it scores a site on performance, SEO, security and the Core Web Vitals, from the same five regions. Enterramon Pro adds scheduled monitoring and reporting, so you are told what changed rather than having to go looking. It is live today and it is where the bot, the tool widgets and the live cyber attack map live too.

Enterra.work is being built, and we would rather say that plainly than dress up a wait list as a launch. The intention is a platform where a business gets the tools to launch and grow, and where affiliates are paid for helping it happen. If that is interesting, the wait list is open.

Free tools

What we publish for nothing.

Nine checks, no account and no email address. They exist because we run the network they test, so a tool that measures it is a tool that measures us. The tools page lists them all.

The support guides are written by the same team that runs the infrastructure, and they are public in the same way. There is a knowledge base by product, and a contact page for anything the guides do not answer.

Reaching a person

Three addresses, all read.

Support

[email protected] for anything that is broken or stuck. The support form reaches the same queue and asks for the details we would have asked for anyway.

Sales

[email protected] for pricing, a transfer, a bulk order or a question about whether we are the right fit. Including when the answer is no.
