These are the commitments that do not change between tiers. The tiers will differ on capacity, not on whether your site is secure or backed up.
NVMe storage
Solid state storage on the PCIe bus rather than a spinning disk or a SATA drive, which is what makes a database-backed page feel instant rather than merely fast.
Free SSL, auto-renewed
A certificate issued and renewed for you, so the padlock does not lapse while nobody is looking. Renewal failures are one of the most common causes of a sudden browser warning.
Free migration
We move your existing sites, mail and databases across, usually within one business day, and we schedule the DNS cutover with you so the change happens when your traffic is quiet.
Daily backups
Taken every day and kept, so a bad plugin update or a deleted file is an inconvenience rather than a rebuild. Restores are something you ask us for, not something you have to script yourself.
Five regions
Cape Town, Frankfurt, St Louis, Singapore and Sydney. Pick the one nearest the people who visit your site, because distance is the part of latency no amount of tuning removes.
30 day money back
If it is not for you, ask within 30 days and we refund it. Domains and SSL certificates are excluded once provisioned, because the registry bills us the moment they complete.

When do the hosting plans go on sale?
We have not set a date. The infrastructure is being built and the plans are not finalised, so publishing a date we then miss would be worse than saying nothing. Leave your address on the list and you will hear before it is public.
Why is there no pricing on this page?
Because there is nothing we can charge you yet. Every price on this site is read live from our billing system, and shared hosting is not in it while the plans are still being shaped. A number here would be a guess, and a guess is a number we would have to change later.
What will the plans include?

Can I buy hosting somewhere else and move later?
Yes, and nothing else on this site depends on us hosting you. You can register a domain, run business email and filter mail through us today, then move the site across when hosting opens. A domain registered here is yours and can point anywhere.
