Start with a domain
This is the address your mail and your website live on. If you already have one, choose that and we will connect it instead of registering a new one.
Nothing changes on it until you say so. We will send the records to add.
You do not have to move it. Your mail and website work with the domain where it is: we send you the DNS records to add, and nothing is interrupted.

Your mailboxes
Every mailbox is on your own domain, so your address reads as your business rather than a free provider. Taking mailboxes is what makes hosting free.
Take Lite, Pro, or a mix of both. Set the quantity to zero to leave that kind out.
Lite
Mail, webmail and the usual aliases, catchalls and filtering.
Pro
Everything in Lite, plus calendar and contacts sync and shared documents.
Mix Lite and Pro however you like on the same domain, and change it at any time. Mailboxes grow to 200 GB each when you need it, so you will not outgrow one.
Hosting or a website?
Hosting is what puts a site online. If we are building the site for you, the hosting it needs is included.
About the free hosting: we are finishing the setup for this offer. It will be applied to your account and confirmed in writing before your first invoice, and the price you see here is what it will be.

All website work is done in house by our own designers. Choosing a package takes 10% off your domain and 10% off every mailbox, every month.

What is quoted separately. Custom development, a specific third-party integration, or anything needing code we do not already build. We tell you before we start, in writing, and you decide then. A standard page of any type above is the package price, with no extras.
How the build works
- You do not need to choose the pages now. Pick the package that fits the scale, place the order, and one of our designers contacts you to agree the pages, the content and the structure. Nothing is decided on this page that you cannot change with them.
- Allow one to two weeks. These are hand built and optimised, not assembled from a template. The designer will give you a firm timeline once you have agreed the scope, and you will see it progress rather than wonder.
- EnterraMon is included. Performance and uptime monitoring for the site, so you find out about a problem from a report rather than from a customer.
The page counts on the packages above are what is included. If you need more pages than a package covers, ask us and we will price the difference rather than turning it into a surprise.

- If you chose a website, one of our designers contacts you within one working day to agree the scope, the content and the timeline before any work starts.
You deal with one company for all of it. If you want ongoing maintenance after launch you can add a plan, or simply ask us for work as you need it.

Do I need to buy a domain from you?
No. If you already own a domain we will connect the mail and hosting to it. If you do not have one, the wizard searches live availability and registers it as part of the same order.
Why is hosting free?
Hosting is free when you take mailboxes with us. It is the Launch package: one site, one database, uptime monitoring and a daily backup. You can move to a larger package at any time.
What is the difference between Lite and Pro mailboxes?
Lite covers mail, webmail and the usual aliases, catchalls and spam filtering. Pro adds calendar and contacts sync across devices, shared document editing, and a longer archive recovery window. Both come in 10 GB and 50 GB.
How does the 10% discount work?
Choose a web design package and your domain costs 10% less, and every mailbox costs 10% less per month for as long as you hold it. The reduction applies to the domain and the mailboxes, not to the design package itself.
What is not included in a web design package?
Each package lists its page and product limits. Anything beyond them, custom development or a third-party integration, is quoted separately once we understand the scope.
Will I deal with more than one company?
No. The domain, the mail, the hosting and the website are all handled in house by our own designers. One order, one invoice, one team to call.
Do I have to take a maintenance plan?
No. You can ask us for work as you need it, or take a maintenance plan if you would rather we kept an eye on things. Nothing is locked in.
