Beta Tester Agreement
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions governing your participation in the Enterrahost Beta Testing Program (“Program”) and your use of any related pre-release products, software, services, or materials (“Beta Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“Tester”, “you” or “your”) and Enterrahost Limited (“Enterrahost”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Access to the Beta Services is provided solely to approved participants and is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement. You acknowledge that this Agreement forms a binding contract between you and Enterrahost Limited, even though it is electronic and not physically signed.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, or if you are not an authorized participant in the Program, you may not access or use the Beta Services.

Program Scope
- The Tester shall evaluate designated WordPress plugins (“Beta Software”) provided by Enterrahost and submit feedback through Company-approved channels (e.g., forums, surveys, or email).
- Testing activities include:
- Identifying and documenting software defects;
- Assessing functionality and usability;
- Providing constructive feedback on features.
- The Tester shall use the Beta Software solely for testing purposes and in compliance with Company’s written instructions.
Eligibility and Approval
- Participation is contingent upon Company’s prior invitation or approval.
- Enterrahost reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any applicant without liability.
Tester Responsibilities
The Tester shall:
- Test the Beta Software diligently and in good faith;
- Adhere to all testing protocols and guidelines provided by Enterrahost;
- Promptly report defects or issues via designated channels.
Company Rights
Enterrahost may, at any time and without liability:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Beta Program;
- Revoke the Tester’s access to the Beta Software.
- All decisions regarding the Beta Program are final and at Company’s sole discretion.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The Beta Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Company excludes liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages;
- Company’s total liability shall not exceed USD $100 or the fees paid (if any), whichever is lower.
Intellectual Property
- Enterrahost retains all rights, title, and interest in the Beta Software, including patents, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- All feedback, suggestions, or materials submitted by the Tester (“Feedback”) become Company’s exclusive property. The Tester hereby assigns all rights to Feedback and grants a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, or commercialize such Feedback.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
- The Tester shall not disclose Confidential Information (including Beta Software features, defects, or roadmaps) to third parties without Company’s prior written consent. This obligation survives termination for [3] years.
- Data collection complies with the GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws. By participating, the Tester consents to Enterrahost’s Privacy Policy.
Compensation
- Participation is voluntary and unpaid. The Tester acknowledges that no monetary compensation or equity is offered.
Termination
- Either party may terminate this Agreement with [7] days’ written notice.
- Enterrahost may terminate immediately for breach of Sections 3, 6, or 7. Upon termination, the Tester shall cease all use of the Beta Software and return or destroy Confidential Information.
Governing Laws and Disputes
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa, excluding its conflict of laws principles.
Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) Rules, administered in Johannesburg, with each party bearing its own costs.
General
- Modifications to this Agreement will be effective upon posting. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
- If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid.
Changes and amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms related to the Website and Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page, send you an email to notify you. We may also provide notice to you in other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided.
An updated version of this Agreement will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Agreement unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Website and Services after the effective date of the revised Agreement (or such other act specified at that time) will constitute your consent to those changes.
Acceptance of these terms
By participating in the EnterraHost Beta Program and accessing any pre-release or beta software, services, or related materials (“Beta Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Beta Tester Agreement. Access to the Beta Services is restricted solely to approved participants in the program. Your continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Beta Services and should discontinue participation immediately.
