To create an account you can start in two places, and both of them end at the same form. The first is the toolbox itself, where the sign-up is a link at the bottom of the sign-in card. The second is the checkout, where a line above the payment asks you to sign in or create a free account before you pay, and your order is held while you do it.
How to create an account, field by field
First name, last name, and an email address. Then the billing details, which are required rather than a nicety. Address line 1, city, state or province and postal code are all marked with an asterisk, and the form will not submit without them. Invoices and order records carry this address, and the same details become the WHOIS contact for a domain you register.
Address line 2 is the one line in that group you can leave blank. It exists for a suite, a unit or a floor.
Company name sits behind a link that reads + Add company details (optional). Clicking it reveals a single field and nothing else. It is for a customer who needs their business name on an invoice rather than their own. If you are not one of those, skip it.
The mobile number is required, and here is why
Country and mobile number sit on the same row, with a dial code that follows the country you pick. The hint under the field says it plainly.
One-time sign-in codes (OTP) are texted to this number. It must be a mobile number in the country you selected.
That number is a sign-in method, not a marketing field. When you ask for a code by text, this is where it goes. It is also the fallback when email is slow, and the second factor when a super-user administrator signs in to the admin panel.
The dial code check is enforced on the server rather than only in the browser, so a number that does not match the country you selected is refused before any account is created. A landline cannot receive a text, so it fails that check too. If you are behind a VPN and your phone is genuinely in a different country, the form allows the mismatch in that one case.
Email verification, and what you can do before it
The terms line you tick reads I agree to the Terms and Conditions and confirm my email is real (a confirmation link will be emailed). The confirmation link is sent to the address you typed, and it stays valid for 24 hours.
You are signed in the moment your account is created, so the link is not a gate you have to pass before you can look around. It confirms the address is yours, and clicking it signs you in and takes you to wherever you were heading.
If the mail does not arrive, sign in and ask for another from the banner. That request is limited to three per hour for one address, to stop the form being used to fill somebody else's inbox.
If you came from the checkout
Creating the account does not abandon the order. The checkout carries a return target through sign-up, and the confirmation link brings you back to the order you were building rather than to the dashboard. If you signed up directly at the toolbox instead, there is nothing waiting and you land in the client area.
What you land in
The toolbox is the client area. It holds your invoices, orders, support tickets and the services you have bought, along with the panels for DNS records, EnterraMon Pro and EnterraSEO, and the mailbox and mail protection services.
The first thing worth setting up is a second way in. A passkey or an emailed sign-in link means you are not dependent on one method, and if you never received a password you were happy with, you can replace it from account settings once you are inside.
